ELIGIBILITY: Open only to legal residents of the 50 United States and the District of Columbia who are 18 years or older at the time of entry. Promotion is void in Puerto Rico and where prohibited or restricted. Employees of GBK Collective ("Sponsor”), their related and affiliated companies and advertising and promotional agencies and entities involved in the implementation and production of the sweepstakes and their immediate families (spouses, parents, siblings and children) and persons who living in the same household (whether related or not) are not eligible.

ENTRY: There are two (2) ways to enter: (1) On-Line completion of survey: To enter on-line you must have received and completed the on-line questionnaire and follow the links and instructions for entry. The survey invites you to take the survey between 12:01 a.m. EST on May 13th 2024 and 11:59 p.m. EST on June 28th 2024.  Upon completion the survey, you will receive one (1) entry into the sweepstakes. You must include your name, address, daytime phone and email address.  All entries must be postmarked by 11:59 p.m. on June 28th 2024 and received by the end of the day on July 2nd 2024 to be eligible. All entrants, regardless of method of entry, must have a valid email address.

All entries become property of Sponsor. Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, incomplete, illegible, misdirected or postage due entries or mail. No mechanical reproduction of any kind will be accepted. In the event of an on-line entry dispute, entry will be deemed to have been made by the authorized account holder of the e-mail address used to enter the sweepstakes. Proof of submission will not be deemed to be proof of receipt by the Sponsor. Limit one entry per person or e-mail address regardless of the method of entry.

DRAWING: Winners will be selected in a random drawing on or about July 9th 2024.

Drawings will be conducted by “Sponsor, from all eligible entries received during the Sweepstakes Period. Winner will be notified by telephone and/or e-mail and will be required to complete/sign/return an Affidavit of Eligibility, a Liability Release and, except where prohibited, a Publicity Release, within 14 days. Failure to return all or any completed and signed documents within 14 days or the return of prize notification as undeliverable will cause prize to be forfeited and Sponsor may award the prize to a randomly selected alternate winner. If winner is not of the age of majority in state of residence (a "minor"), at Sponsor's sole discretion, prize will be awarded to winner's parent or legal guardian or documents must be ratified by winner's parent or legal guardian. All prizes will be awarded by Sponsor and all of Sponsor’s decisions will be final. Limit 1 prize per person or household during the Sweepstakes Period.

GENERAL: By entering the sweepstakes each entrant agrees: (a) to these Official Rules and decisions of Sponsor whose decisions shall be final and binding in all matters relating to this sweepstakes; (b) that, unless otherwise prohibited by applicable law, Sponsor and their respective officers, directors, employees, representatives and agents shall not be liable or responsible for any claim, injury or damage to person, including death, or property including without limitation direct, indirect, incidental, consequential or punitive damages (whether or not foreseeable), due in whole or in part from acceptance, possession, use or misuse of any prize, or participation in this sweepstakes; and (c) by acceptance of prize, winners agree to allow use by Sponsor of his/her name, city, photograph or likeness for advertising and trade purposes without additional compensation and, upon request, will provide consent to such use in writing. All material submitted becomes the property of Sponsor and will not be returned. Sponsor and its agents are not responsible for printing or typographical errors in any sweepstakes material or for any computer, software, Internet website or electronic defect, error or failure relative to any aspect of the sweepstakes regardless of reason. If, for any reason, the sweepstakes cannot be completed as planned by infection of computer viruses, bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, technical failure or other failures which in the sole opinion of the Sponsor corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of the sweepstakes, Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend this sweepstakes and will post notice thereof at www.gbkcollective.com/surveysweepstakes. In the event of cancellation or termination, the prizes will be awarded in a random drawing from eligible entries legitimately received prior to the event causing such cancellation or termination. The Sponsor reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to disqualify any individual it finds, in its sole discretion, to be tampering with the entry process or the operation of the sweepstakes or web site.  The Sponsor may prohibit an entrant from participating in the sweepstakes or winning a prize if, in either of their sole discretion, it determines that said entrant is attempting to undermine the legitimate operation of the sweepstakes by cheating, hacking, deception, or other unfair playing practices (including the use of automated quick entry programs) or intending to annoy, abuse, threaten or harass any other entrants or any representatives of the Sponsor.

DISPUTES, GOVERNING LAW: The parties waive all rights to trial in any action or proceeding instituted in connection with these Survey Sweepstakes Rules, including, without limitation, the sweepstakes. Any controversy or claim arising out of or relating to these Survey Sweepstakes Rules and/or the sweepstakes shall be settled by binding arbitration in accordance with the commercial arbitration rules of the American Arbitration Association. Any such controversy or claim shall be arbitrated on an individual basis, and shall not be consolidated in any arbitration with any claim or controversy of any other party. The arbitration shall be conducted in the State of New York, City of New York. The laws of the state of New York govern this sweepstakes. For any matters that may not be subject to arbitration as set forth above and/or in connection with the entering of any judgment on an arbitration award in connection with these Survey Sweepstakes Rules and/or the sweepstakes, the parties irrevocably submit and consent to the exclusive jurisdiction and venue of the state and federal court located in the County of New York, New York. The parties agree not to raise the defense of forum non conveniens.
